  • Shipping: We ship via ultra-fast U.S. laboratory shipping carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

3. Recurring Billing & Subscription Terms

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY
Some products or services on Accelpeptides.com may be offered on a subscription or recurring billing basis (e.g., regular shipments of research compounds, membership programs, or auto-ship research supplies). By selecting a subscription option, you agree to the following:

  • Billing Frequency: The recurring charge will occur at the interval you select at checkout (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly). The specific frequency (e.g., “Every 30 days”) will be clearly disclosed before completing your purchase.
  • Amount: The subscription amount includes the product price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. The total amount will be shown during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
  • Authorization: You authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle without further approval, unless you cancel as described below.
  • Cancellation:
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time at least 3 business days before the next scheduled billing date.
  • Cancellation can be done by:
    • Logging into your account → Subscriptions → Cancel
    • Emailing help@accelpeptides.com with “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” in the subject line, including your full name and order number.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after cancellation takes effect.
  • Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, we may attempt to retry billing. If unresolved after 5 days, your subscription may be suspended or terminated.
  • Price Changes for Subscriptions: If we increase subscription pricing, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

By completing a subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this recurring billing arrangement.

4. Refunds, Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our research-grade quality. Our Research Satisfaction Guarantee applies as follows:

  • Eligible returns: Unopened, resealable vials in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or verified as mis-shipped by us.
  • Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting returned goods, less shipping costs and restocking fee.
  • Non-returnable items: Opened vials, reconstituted compounds, custom bulk orders, or products older than 30 days from delivery.
  • Shipping damages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and batch number for a replacement or credit.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery

Upon order verification and dispatch, you will receive a digital tracking identifier via email. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, customs holds, or incorrect address submissions.

7. Intellectual Property

10. Modifications to Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Accel Peptides regarding your use of the Site and purchase of products.

Recurring Billing & Subscription Terms

IMPORTANT – AUTO-RENEWAL DISCLOSURE

By purchasing any subscription product or service on Accelpeptides.com (including but not limited to auto-ship research compounds, recurring membership programs, or periodic research supply plans), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Billing Authorization

You expressly authorize Accel Peptides (“Company”) to charge your selected payment method recurringly at the interval you selected during checkout. This is a recurring transaction that will continue until you cancel.

2. Billing Frequency

The billing frequency will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase (e.g., “Every 7 days,” “Every 30 days,” “Quarterly”). The specific frequency is also confirmed in your order confirmation email.

3. Billing Amount

Each recurring charge includes:

  • The subscription product price
  • Applicable taxes
  • Applicable shipping & handling fees

The total amount per billing cycle is disclosed before you complete your purchase.

4. No Further Approval Required

You agree that no additional verbal or written approval is required from you for each subsequent charge. The recurring billing continues automatically until you cancel as described below.

5. Cancellation Policy – Your Right to Stop Recurring Charges

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation must be received at least 3 business days before the next scheduled billing date to avoid that next charge.

How to cancel:

  • Option A (fastest): Log into your account → “My Subscriptions” → Click “Cancel”
  • Option B: Email help@accelpeptides.com with subject line: “CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION” – include your full name, email on file, and order number

No refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to receive products for the current paid period, but you will not be charged again.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment method fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds):

  • We will attempt to re-charge your payment method up to two (2) additional attempts
  • If unsuccessful after 5 calendar days, your subscription will be paused or canceled
  • You are responsible for updating your payment information in your account

7. Price Changes for Subscriptions

If we increase the subscription price:

  • You will receive email notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect
  • Your existing subscription will continue at the old price until the next billing cycle after notice
  • If you do not agree to the price increase, you must cancel before the effective date of the increase

8. Cancellation Confirmation

After you cancel, you will receive a confirmation email. Keep this email for your records. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us immediately.

9. Modification of Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify these recurring billing terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page and notified via email to active subscribers.
