AccelPeptides Shipping & Order Policy

Policy Effective Date: January 28, 2026

This policy outlines how we process orders and ship research materials. Please review it carefully, as placing an order indicates your agreement with these terms.


1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared for shipment within one business day after payment confirmation is received. Orders submitted on weekends or official holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched from our laboratory, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to destinations within the United States using a national carrier offering an expedited 2-day service.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 2 to 3 business days from the date of shipment, following the initial processing period.

  • Please Note: Deliveries to certain remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer transit times. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier service interruptions, or peak shipping seasons.

3. Complimentary Shipping

We provide complimentary standard shipping for individual, non-split orders with a merchandise subtotal exceeding $200 (calculated before taxes and after any discounts are applied). Orders must meet this minimum threshold in a single transaction; separate orders cannot be combined to qualify.

4. Shipping Protection (Route)

During checkout, you will have the option to purchase Route Package Protection. This optional service provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit or after delivery.

  • If Route Protection is Purchased: Route will manage and resolve all eligible claims directly. Should a qualifying shipping issue occur, you may file a claim on the Route website for a replacement or reimbursement.

  • If Route Protection is NOT Purchased: The customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment once it is transferred to the carrier. AccelPeptides cannot be held liable for, and will not replace, refund, or credit orders affected by carrier-related issues, including but not limited to loss in transit, misdelivery, theft after delivery, carrier error, or damage incurred during shipment. Declining this protection signifies your agreement to self-insure your order against these risks.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

All sales are final once an order is submitted. We are unable to modify, add items to, cancel, or combine separate orders after placement. We strongly advise reviewing your cart items and verifying your shipping address for accuracy before completing your purchase.

6. Product Packaging & Handling

All research materials are packaged with secure, professional-grade materials designed to maintain product integrity during transit. We adhere to industry-standard handling practices to ensure materials are prepared appropriately for shipment.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

If your tracking information indicates a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, or if the carrier has reported it as lost or significantly delayed, your first point of contact should be the shipping carrier directly for a delivery investigation.

  • Without Route Protection: AccelPeptides is not responsible for resolving these issues and cannot provide replacements, refunds, or credits.

  • With Route Protection: For the fastest resolution, please file a claim directly through the Route service.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or contents, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date. Contact us at admin@accelpeptides.com with your order number and clear photographic documentation of the external packaging and any damaged products.

  • Without Route Protection: We are unable to replace or refund for transit-related damage.

  • With Route Protection: To initiate a replacement or reimbursement, file a claim directly through Route.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at the time of checkout. We are not liable for any delivery failures, delays, or additional costs resulting from an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.
