AccelPeptides Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://accelpeptides.com (the "Site") and any purchase of research materials (the "Products") from Accel Sciences LLC (d/b/a AccelPeptides, "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our incorporated policies. If you do not agree, you may not use our Site or services.

1. Research Use Only & Regulatory Disclaimers

Research Use Only. All Products sold by AccelPeptides are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research purposes by qualified professionals in appropriately equipped facilities. Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, or as components in foods, drugs, cosmetics, or medical devices.
FDA Status. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Not a Pharmacy. AccelPeptides is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or outsourcing facility as defined under U.S. law, including Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

2. Eligibility & Account

Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from our Site.
Professional Qualifications. You represent and warrant that you are trained and qualified to handle research chemicals safely and lawfully, and that you will use them only in appropriate research settings with proper safety protocols.
Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Offer & Acceptance. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product description, suspected fraud, or concerns regarding compliance with these Terms.
Internal Research Only; No Resale. Products are sold for your internal laboratory research use only. You may not resell, repackage, relabel, export, or distribute Products to any third party without our express prior written consent.

4. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

Prices. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Payment. Full payment is due at the time of checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.
Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, as well as any carrier-imposed surcharges or address correction fees.
Fraud Prevention. We may request additional information to verify your identity and eligibility before processing any order. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in account termination and further collection action.

5. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Processing & Shipping. Orders are processed within one business day after payment confirmation. We ship to addresses within the United States using expedited carrier services. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Title & Risk of Loss. Title to and risk of loss for the Products pass to you upon our delivery of the shipment to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the carrier for lost or delayed shipments.
Route Package Protection. At checkout, you may elect to purchase Route Package Protection, a third-party service that covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you decline Route Protection, you assume all risk for carrier-related issues, including loss, theft, misdelivery, or transit damage. AccelPeptides will not replace, refund, or credit orders affected by such issues unless Route Protection was purchased. Claims under Route Protection must be filed directly with Route.
Inspection. You must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Report any visible damage or shipping errors to us within 48 hours with photographic evidence and your order number.

6. Returns & Refunds

All Sales Final. Due to the specialized nature of research materials, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items. Our sole obligation for a Product we determine to be defective or incorrectly shipped is, at our discretion, to provide a replacement or credit for that item, less any non-refundable payment processing fees. Transit-related damage is only covered if Route Protection was purchased.

7. Product Information & Handling

Specifications. Product descriptions and imagery are for reference. We may update formulations or specifications.
Certificates of Analysis (CoA). CoAs are provided for informational purposes "as is." You are responsible for verifying the Product's suitability for your specific research.
Storage & Safety. You are solely responsible for the proper storage, handling, and disposal of Products in accordance with all applicable laws and institutional safety protocols.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Site for its intended purposes.

9. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" Basis. Products and the Site are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccelPeptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AccelPeptides and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Products or Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Providence County, Rhode Island.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after such posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
